1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the JustCareer platform (“Platform”) at justcareer.co.in, or by engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JustCareer (341, Nagindas Building, S V P Road, Girgaon, Mumbai – 400 004, India).

2. Services Provided

JustCareer is a career and talent advisory platform. We offer:

• Curated job matching between candidates and employers
• Resume and profile building services
• AI-powered interview preparation
• Career strategy consultations
• Upskilling resources and market intelligence
• Candidate wellbeing support through Thrive Circle

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Platform
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• One person may not maintain more than one active account
• Accounts are non-transferable

4. User Obligations

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information in your profile, resume, and applications
• Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or identity
• Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Not scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Platform's servers or networks
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or other users' accounts
• Promptly notify us of any security vulnerabilities or suspected unauthorised access

5. Job Applications & Placements

• JustCareer acts as an intermediary. We do not guarantee employment or placement.
• Final hiring decisions rest solely with the employer.
• We share your profile with employers only with your knowledge and consent.
• You are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of any opportunity before accepting an offer.
• JustCareer is not a party to any employment contract between you and an employer.

6. Premium Services & Payments

• Prices for premium services (Resume Maker, Interview Preparation, Career Strategy Session) are listed on the Platform and are subject to change with notice.
• Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways. By making a payment, you agree to the gateway's terms.
• Refund Policy: Refund requests for premium services must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase, provided the service has not yet been delivered or commenced. Once a service is in progress, no refund will be issued. To request a refund, email hr@justcareer.co.in.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of JustCareer or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without our prior written permission.

By submitting content to the Platform (e.g., your resume or profile), you grant JustCareer a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for the purpose of providing our services.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., course platforms, job boards). These are provided for convenience only. JustCareer does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• JustCareer provides the Platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death/personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to resolve the matter informally at hr@justcareer.co.in.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
